First step:

                   Create Gmail account and under in mind that your Gmail must contain on your topic related if you do not know how to find topic for youtube channel than see this article

 read it and find topic and then create Gmail account and sign in google and then go to  www.youtube.com and click on sign in but on top see the following image

Second step:

                  After sign in www.youtube.com click to top right icon that  see in the following image 

click my Channel for create channel

and then click my channel .after click my channel you see a popup window and enter your channel name example (funny  videos for kids) and click create  channel option  and channel created

Third step:

               After creating youtube channel you see this type interface which shows following image you upload youtube channel banner or channel art and logo your youtube channel and enters some description in description option .discrptoin contain the related your youtube channel.
